Worldwide, tracked. Singapore and Malaysia get the cheapest rates. Everywhere else is priced by weight at checkout.

Singapore: S$3.50 Standard, S$7 Priority, free on Standard over S$100. Malaysia: from S$8, by weight. Everywhere else: from S$20 in Southeast Asia, from S$30 to Australia, East Asia, North America and Europe. Your exact rate shows at checkout before you pay.

We pack and hand over within 1 to 3 business days, up to 5 during a drop. After that, Singapore Standard lands in 7 to 14 business days and Priority in 5 to 8. Malaysia takes 4 to 9. Further out, expect 5 to 12 in Southeast Asia, 7 to 15 in East Asia and Oceania, and 10 to 20 to North America and Europe. Customs sets its own pace.

You’ll get a J&T tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Check spam if it’s playing hide and seek.

Email admin@astonabode.com as soon as possible. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best. Once it’s out the door, we can’t reroute it.

Possibly, on any order outside Singapore. Your country's customs sets import duties and taxes, they are not in your checkout total, and they are yours to pay. We do not mark parcels as gifts.

Within 14 days of purchase, email admin@astonabode.com with your order number, what you want, and photos. Once we approve it, the piece comes back to our 24 hour drop-off at 100 Eunos Avenue 7 within 14 working days, unworn, unwashed, tags on, in its original packaging. Inside Singapore we ship your exchange back free. Refunds go out as store credit, good for a year. Internationally you cover postage both ways. Full detail in our returns policy.

Email admin@astonabode.com with your order number and photos as soon as you spot it, inside the 14 day window. We check the piece and either send a replacement, shipped free within Singapore, or issue store credit.

Small-batch apparel comes with character. Measurements move roughly 0.5 to 1.5 inches piece to piece, and colour shifts a little from your screen or between dye batches. That is normal, not a defect.

Every product page has a size guide. Most fits run true to size — exceptions are called out on the page. Still unsure? Message us, we’ll talk you through it.
