Shipping
How long will my order take within Singapore?
All local orders are fulfilled within one week and shipped via SingPost tracked letterbox delivery (usually 1–3 working days). In most cases, your parcel will reach your letterbox or doorstep within 10 days from placing your order.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide (or at least to most corners of it). International shipping times vary depending on where you’re based, but most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on the way.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes. Once your parcel is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. From there, you can stalk your package in unhealthy detail.
Who pays for import taxes or customs fees?
For international orders, customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties charged by their local customs. Regulations vary by country and are outside of our control (we wish we could fight your customs officer personally, but we can’t).
Drops
How often do you release new drops?
We don’t do weekly “new in” like fast fashion. Aston Abode drops are tied to a specific mood, or intrusive thought. Practically, that means a few curated drops a year.
Why do things sell out so quickly?
We produce in intentional quantities, big enough to dress a community, not the whole internet. It keeps waste low, quality high, and the pieces actually feel like something you discovered, not just scrolled past.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Yes, we do restock some pieces, but not all of them. Because we source from different suppliers and mills across Asia, restocks can take weeks or even months (there are a lot of moving parts behind the scenes).
What’s your design philosophy for each drop?
Every drop starts with a story, not a spreadsheet. We ask: “What phase of life is everybody in right now? What would everybody wear?” From there we build pieces that feel like closet staples with a slightly unhinged backstory.

Think of it as the group chat version of the brand. It’s where we test ideas, overshare WIPs, drop early links, and occasionally spiral about life and outfits together.
How do I get early access to drops and restocks?
Join our Telegram channel (Tap the banner on the top of your screen) and/or email list. That’s where we send:
- Early access links and discounts to new drops
- First dibs on restocks
- Priority booking for pop-ups and events
If something’s limited, the community usually clears it before it hits the wider crowd.
How do I find out about discounts or secret sales?
We don’t blast discount codes everywhere.
